Larnelle Hardy is a Washington DC native, serial entrepreneur, and the Managing Partner of Goodmen Enterprises. He competed in the AAU Junior Olympic Games in 2011, earned a student internship at Microsoft, and was featured in the Washington Post for mentoring students through Microsoft's national Hour of Code initiative — all before graduating high school at McKinley Technology High School.
He studied cybersecurity and business at Capitol Technology University and American University, then spent years building a corporate sales and client success career — managing a seven-figure client portfolio and earning four promotions in two years. He carried that same pattern of compounding discipline into entrepreneurship, founding Goodmen Promotions in 2018 and Goodmen Life Brokerage in 2026.
Goodmen Life exists because Larnelle saw too many families going without adequate coverage — not from lack of care, but lack of guidance. As a licensed agent in all 50 states, he has personally served over 100 families helping them protect their income, build long-term wealth, and leave a legacy for the next generation.
